Fell's men on revenge mission
Lock Will Fell will lead the Oxford University side into their Under 21 battle with Cambridge at Twickenham on Thursday, 8 December (kick-off 11.30am).
Cambridge were comfortable winners of last year’s game, 20-5, to end a run of seven successive defeats in the fixture. Fell is one of five survivors from the Dark Blues’ starting line-up and there is another from among the replacements.
Full back Dan Levene, centre Dylan Jones and scrum half Charles O’Halloran will all be seeking revenge behind the scrum, while prop Matt Powell, No 8 Ben Girling (replacement last year) and Fell are the returning forwards.
Fell’s men have had a great build-up to their Varsity Match, winning all bar one of their nine games, a 19-17 defeat to theLondon Irish Academy. Their last outing saw them beat the touring Austrian club side, RC Douna Vien, 103-0 with 17 tries.
