The Varsity Match has a rich heritage of schools attendance, with school children from across the country heading to Twickenham for a fun day of sport at the home of England Rugby.

Enjoy a full day of activities for schools at one of the only chances to watch a match at the famous Twickenham Stadium this autumn on Thursday 12 December!

Rhino Schools Varsity Match Competition

Back for 2019 in partnership with Rhino. Book a trip for 20 or more pupils to The Varsity Match and be entered into a prize draw to win one of four coaching clinics with the England Coaching Team.

Whale and Dolphin Conservation: Plastics in the Ocean

Interactive presentation/workshop on Plastics in the Ocean linked to the National Curriculum, explaining how plastics end up in our oceans, how they affect whales and dolphins and, ultimately, all of us.

Take on WDC’s Varsity Match Plastics Challenge and win a prize for your school.


Oxbridge Mythbusting: What is life really like at Oxford and Cambridge?

Oxford and Cambridge will be jointly hosting an information event, aimed at providing an aspirational insight into life at the two Universities. The day includes a presentation led by Schools Liaison Officers from the Universities and the opportunity to meet current undergraduates across a range of subjects. Students will also get the chance to watch both the women’s and men’s Varsity Matches. Applicable schools will be contacted by The Varsity Match to register their interest in attending the event.
